Works that have always been done on our engines:

Engine block is glassblasted and every oil channel is cleaned. 

New parts: German NUERAL pistons and Goetze rings, crankshaft bearings, seals/gaskets, exhaust, timing chain with wheels, Fuelpump, Airfilter,  V-belt, ignition cable, BERU spark plugs, Fueltube.

Refurbished: Dynamo, carburettor, distributor (new BOSCH capacitor), connecting rods, flywheel, ou cylinder head with new Valves (Lead-free) and valve sten seals on the inlet valves.

Sheets are powder coated according to RAL range,
Screws and small parts gold galvanized.

Engine is tested for 1 hour before delivery and then refilled with new oil.

With invoice and certified VAT

 

Shipping + pickup depends on distance

Sold in exchange, if old engine is not available, 300 € will be added.
